We just installed one of the 20" models to cool our office's lobby area. The lobby was not air conditioned and what made it even worse was that it had lots of West facing windows, talk about the perfect green house ! During the Summer the lobby would reach temperatures as high as 115 degrees !

Following the installation, not only has the temperature been dropped to a refreshing 72 to 75 degrees, but one of our tenants has actually turned off their air conditioning and has opened their windows to let the unit cool down their office as well, this thing is incredible !
